The China-Europe Research Ecosystem for Advanced Therapeutics Enterprise (referred to as "CREATE") was established in March 2023. It is co-founded by the People's Government of Luohu District, Shenzhen and the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is a core carrier for Luohu District to thoroughly implement Shenzhen's "20+8" layout for the large health industry cluster. Through the "trinity" vertical innovation system integrating innovation, transformation, and industry, it is committed to building a world-class advanced medical innovation ecosystem.
The China-Europe Research Ecosystem for Advanced Therapeutics Enterprise (CREATE) focuses on three major directions: advanced therapeutic drugs, digital health, and longevity medicine. Through four levels—Fundamental Research, Translational Medicine, Enterprise Incubation, International Corporation—it integrates top global scientific research resources, introduces leading enterprises and industrial capital, enables entrepreneurs and scientists to become "neighbors," accelerates the implementation and transformation of innovative projects, and builds a new paradigm for the international life and health industry in Luohu District.
